Can I add multiple users if I oversee a trust or organisation?

Yes, 100%! If you're managing lockers across a wider trust or organisation, you can assign yourself as a super admin and then invite sub-users with lower access rights. That way, each school or company can manage their own lockers independently, while you keep full oversight across the whole setup. It's perfect for staying in control without micromanaging every location.

How do I add notes to out of order lockers?

To add a note to an out of order locker, simply find the locker number in your list and click the 'Manage' button next to it. From there, you can mark the locker as 'Out of Order', and a prompt will automatically appear allowing you to add a note or reason for the issue — for example, 'Broken Lock' or 'Awaiting Maintenance'. This note will be saved with the locker's record so that anyone else viewing it knows exactly what's going on, making it easier for your team to stay updated and avoid duplicate repair requests.

Does Locker Manager keep a track of who makes edits?

Yes, absolutely! Locker Manager has a built-in activity tracking system that logs every change made within the platform. You'll be able to see exactly when something was last updated, what was changed, and who made the update.
